Cori started IROC after noticing a gap in the online business world: entrepreneurs were drowning in ideas but starving for execution. What began as a solo VA business quickly grew into a full agency as she supported more clients who needed more than help — they needed strategy, structure, and real implementation.

With a background in administration, marketing, and coaching, Cori has helped over 100 businesses organize their systems, launch offers, build visibility, and create sustainable operations. She is known for her honesty, her big-picture thinking, and her ability to help business owners turn overwhelm into progress.

Her passion is simple: Helping entrepreneurs succeed without sacrificing their peace.
