Very difficult to quote any price without knowing more about your property and details. Are you seeking lawncare or landscaping services? Residential home or commercial building property? Size of the lot to be serviced? How many obstacles (lawn plant islands, pool enclosure, etc.)? Active sprinkler system in place? Which county and location? Please Note: We do not force contracts on residential maintenance clients, yet we do provide you and agreement detail our offered services to manage expectations. The mowing and maintenance tasks are billed al a carte at the end of each month. Is the company licensed, insured, and bonded?
Yes, Charlotte County Lawncare & Landscaping / AAA Quality Clean Cut is licensed and bonded with the State of Florida as a Corporation. We are also insured for liability and property damage up to $1,000,000 per incidence.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Please Note: We do not force contracts on residential maintenance clients, yet we do provide you and agreement detail our offered services to manage expectations. The mowing and maintenance tasks are billed al a carte at the end of each month. If you want additional services (landscaping, yard clean-ups., etc.) we will be happy to provide you an estimate to you within 36 hours.
Is a down payment required?
Estimates that exceed $2000 total require a 50% down payment prior to starting the work.
What are your payment terms?
All invoices are due within 15 days of job completion.
How will I receive my invoices?
You will receive an invoice via email, payable within 15 days please. Should you need your invoices send via US Postal service (snail-mail) please request and we will send promptly. Invoices can be paid via credit card, Zelle, Paypal and via a check in the US Mail service. Recurring payment can be automatically charged each month for your convenience, just ask.

What sort of standards are the employees held to?
All the team members at Charlotte County Lawncare & Landscaping / AAA Quality Clean Cut, whether in the office, field, or on delivery must uphold the code of conduct. The Code of Conduct is Biblically-based principles that everyone must adhere to. We have a non-smoking policy and being under the influence on-the-job is grounds for immediate dismissal.
