At Nurture Neuroscience, we are committed to delivering your purchases with care, clarity, and compassion.

1. Digital Products

Available immediately after purchase via email or user account login. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, contact us at [email protected]

2. Physical Products

Shipped within 3–5 business days. Tracking will be provided once your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary by region and carrier.

3. Subscriptions & Memberships

Automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime via your account settings or by emailing [email protected]

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds.

Physical Products:

Refunds or replacements are issued for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and photos if applicable.

Subscription Refunds:

Refunds for unused time may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

6. Taxes and Duties
