Healing From Anxiety

Thank you for the donations

Thank you to everyone who has donated to my go fund me so far. It’s greatly appreciated.

One of the reasons I want to start a blog and website is because I have found that writing about my experiences has been therapeutic for me but also how it has helped others close to me.

When I wrote one of my first posts last year telling people what I was going through I had hundreds of people from my life reach out to me with many sharing their own experiences of anxiety and panic. At the time I wasn’t well enough myself to help anyone and I was solely focused on trying to recover myself. Whilst I’m not yet fully recovered I have learned a lot and been able to reduce the amount of panic attacks and things I’ve been having and feel like I’m starting to regain my life. I feel through detailing my experiences I will be able to help others who are going through similiar experience and maybe give them tools to help in their own recovery.

I’ve also been very lucky to have a close family and good friend network to support me through the hardest time of my life and I know many people are not that fortunate. Going through this can be very lonely and isolating, you feel like you are losing your mind which can be very scary, so I want to make a community for people who are experiencing it to come together and support each other.

On my own journey, I met someone who had been through a very similiar experience to myself and had been housebound for over a year through the anxiety and panic. She was able to share with me all the steps she took to recover and shared information with me that helped me massively. With her knowledge I was able to recondition my mind and body to calm my nervous system and start getting my life back on track and I want to be able to help other do that too.

If you are able to make a donation to help with that mission I would be really grateful. I want to raise enough funds to cover the running costs and hosting of the website for 2 years.

I will be creating and doing all the work myself as I feel this will give me a focus and something to help me fully recover.

Thanks in advance for any donations
