Elite Eagle Youth Soccer Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Program Description
Elite Eagle Youth Soccer Academy offers its users the possibility to receive notifications, alerts, and promotional communications related to our sports programs and services for children and youth aged 4 to 15, including weekly training sessions, information on age categories, updates on schedules and spot availability, details about our 2 free trial classes, appointment reminders, important notices for parents, recommendations on official uniforms, as well as special promotions, internal events, friendly matches, clinics, tournaments, and player progress tracking within the academy.
By opting in, you will receive messages that may include product notifications, technical updates, commercial communications, and reminders associated with your purchase process or information request.
2. SMS Service Cancellation
You can cancel the SMS messaging service at any time. To do so, simply send the word “STOP” to the number from which you received our messages. After sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe from the service via an SMS message. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, please register again as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages.

4. Limitation of Operator Liability
Telecommunications operators are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
