Service Description:

SB Lending provides business coaching, consulting, business plan writing, and strategic guidance to help clients request funding through SBA-approved programs. We are not a bank, lender, or direct loan provider.

Eligibility:

Clients must be 18+ and legally authorized to conduct business.

Fees & Payments:

Coaching, consulting, and business plan fees are due prior to service. All fees are non-refundable once work begins.

User Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, financials, and documents required for funding programs.

Intellectual Property:

All training, systems, and materials are the property of SB Lending and may not be duplicated, resold, or distributed.

No Guarantees:

Funding approvals depend on lenders, creditworthiness, documentation, and business qualification. We cannot guarantee approvals, amounts, rates, or timelines.

Governing Law:

These terms follow U.S. law.
