Every plan is built around your specific goals. In the gym, our group classes and personal training sessions focus on progressive, coach-led training. This is structured work designed to build strength, resilience, and high-level performance.

I cannot say enough about the incredible environment Dr. Riley and Dr. Isaac have created. It’s a true gem. From day one, it was clear that this isn't just a place to sweat - It’s a community. Personal Training I have to give a huge shout-out to my trainer and coach, Elliott. He is an incredible motivator and technique coach. He challenges me and has helped me push past my mental roadblocks to meet my potential. He has helped me rebuild a level of confidence I didn’t know I had in me! Training for Teens What truly sets this gym apart is their specialized programming for teens. My daughter, a swimmer with no previous gym experience, started personal training with Riley and has since moved into their small group teen sessions. It’s a unique program geared toward strength and agility for teen athletes that you just don't find anywhere else. Riley has been amazing at creating a safe, empowering space for her. She helped her get comfortable in the gym, get outside her comfort zone and has helped her recognize her own strength. Seeing my daughter’s confidence grow alongside mine has been the highlight of our experience here. These guys are the real deal!!! I tweaked my back and tried to work through the issue on my own. After two weeks I made an appointment with Dr. Ted. We met for an hour and he was extremely thorough, and took the time to understand my injury and my overall physical health. He was interested in my long term goal, not just fixing my back. After the exam, and getting me started with one simple exercise, he told me I should be much better in two days. We set up a follow up appointment for a few days later and he said he was confident this was the last time he would need to see me for my back pain. I was skeptical, but he was spot on! During my second appointment he focused on some exercises I can do to prevent my injury in the future. I wondered what the name meant, but they are truly interested in making their patients Resilient! And thanks to Dr. Ted, Dr. Isaac, Dr. Riley, and Elliott, I am more Resilient than I have been in decades!

I came in with an annoying neck kink that persistent for 2 weeks. After just two sessions, I found significant relief. During the initial visit, Dr. Isaac not only conducted a thorough evaluation but also worked on my neck and upper back right away.
