Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a scientifically supported method that taps into the brain’s natural ability to heal and adapt — a principle known as neuroplasticity. Our brains contain over 100 billion neurons that fire whenever our senses are stimulated. Each time we think, feel, or act in a certain way, neural pathways strengthen, reinforcing those patterns..

When we enter a relaxed, focused (hypnotic) state, hypnotherapy allows the subconscious mind to form new neural pathways. Over time, these new pathways grow stronger while old, unhelpful ones weaken. Because our brains naturally follow the path of least resistance, these new pathways can become the default, helping us think, feel, and behave in healthier ways.

Through this process, we can reframe negative beliefs and operate from a place of positive intention, self-confidence, and self-love. Believing in our worth and capabilities opens doors to new possibilities, joy, purpose, and fulfillment. By loving ourselves more deeply, we naturally influence the quality of the relationships we choose and the life we create.

Hypnotherapy provides a safe, guided way to unlock these new pathways, helping you heal, grow, and step into your full potential.

Iris Rose Hypnotherapy

I have a profound connection with intuition, which allows me to discern the unique needs of each individual and tailor my approach to support their healing journey. Trust is cultivated through active listening, empowering clients with knowledge and tools to take an active role in their growth while providing ongoing guidance and support.

The goal is to help people become the best versions of themselves—embracing the core essence of who they are, loving themselves fully, and living with purpose, peace, and authenticity.

In a safe, compassionate space, healing can occur in a profound, transformative, and lasting way, allowing real-time growth and self-discovery.

Our Choices Reflect Our Beliefs

The way we choose and respond in relationships is shaped by our underlying belief system. When we truly believe we are worthy of love, respect, and affection, we naturally settle for nothing less. Sometimes, fear of being alone can lead us to settle, but this too is rooted in our beliefs.

While it’s not possible to change someone else, we can change how we respond and communicate. By shifting our patterns and approach, we create new dynamics, encouraging others to adapt as the old patterns no longer exist.

Understanding How Unprocessed Emotions Shape Your Beliefs

Take A Min To Ask Yourself What Would You Like To Change or Feel Differently About?

When emotions are not fully acknowledged, and understood, with a sense of peace and acceptance, they are considered "unprocessed." This usually happens due to childhood experiences where my emotions were dismissed, or i was encouraged to suppress feelings.

These unprocessed emotions don't just disappear; instead, they act as a filter, distorting my perceptions and influencing my belief systems i form about myself, others, and the world. For instance, unresolved sadness might lead to a belief that "the world is a sad place," or unprocessed fear might result in a belief that "I can't trust anyone.”

Transforming Limiting Beliefs Through Somatic Awareness

By gently becoming aware of any emotions you’ve been carrying, giving yourself permission to feel them, and taking an active role in processing them, you can begin to shift old limiting beliefs into new, empowering truths.

Somatic breathwork offers a direct pathway into your body’s inner awareness—the place where mind and body meet. Through this practice, you may start to notice where emotions, stress, or past experiences are showing up as tension, discomfort, or restricted breathing. This awareness creates a safe space for release, helping your body let go of stored, unprocessed emotions and supporting deeper healing from within.

Hypnotherapy: Common Questions & Clear Answers

What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a natural, altered state of awareness that activates theta brain waves—similar to those in meditation, deep relaxation, or the moments between waking and sleep. Children naturally operate in theta, which is why they learn so quickly.

In this receptive state, you can access the subconscious mind to explore patterns, release emotional blocks, and shift the root causes of unwanted beliefs, feelings, and behaviors. This creates space for healthier, more empowering truths to emerge.

How does hypnotherapy work?

Hypnotherapy helps you enter a relaxed, focused state where your subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and insight.

You stay fully aware and in control the entire time, while bypassing the overthinking, analytical part of the mind that often creates resistance.

How can hypnotherapy help me find my purpose?

Hypnosis quiets the mental noise and helps you connect with your inner wisdom.

In this deeper state, you can gain clarity about:

* personal direction

* passions

* values

* what truly feels aligned

It becomes easier to hear the part of you that already knows where you belong.

How does hypnotherapy reveal what’s keeping me from moving forward?

Hypnosis allows you to explore the subconscious beliefs, fears, or old programming that hold you back.

Many people discover limiting patterns they weren’t aware of—then release them.

This creates room for confidence, growth, and forward movement.

Is hypnotherapy safe?

Yes. Hypnotherapy is a safe, natural, and well-researched method used worldwide.

You remain conscious, aware, and able to speak or move at any time.

Will I lose control during hypnotherapy?

No.

You stay fully in control throughout the entire session.

You can accept or reject any suggestion, move your body freely, and remain aware of everything happening.

Can hypnosis make me reveal secrets or do something against my morals?

No.

You can choose what you say and do at all times.

Hypnosis cannot override your values, ethics, or boundaries.

How many sessions will I need?

The amount of sessions you may need is different for everyone and depends on your personal goals. During your consultation, we’ll create a customized plan that supports what you want to achieve. Because each person’s journey is unique, hypnotherapy is never a one-size-fits-all process.

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, powerful tool that helps you access your subconscious, rewrite old patterns, and move toward the best version of yourself.
