1) Services
Xpertiverse provides professional technology and marketing services, including but not limited to:

WordPress development
Salesforce implementation
Full-stack web development
Mobile app development
Backend/API development
SEO and digital marketing
UI/UX design and branding
QA testing and technical support
All services are delivered based on the mutually agreed proposal, scope, timeline, and pricing.
2) Project Scope & Revisions
Each project begins after approval of the proposal or invoice.
Any work outside the approved scope may require additional charges.
Revision rounds depend on the package or proposal.
Major changes after approval may impact deadlines and pricing.
3) Payments
Projects may require upfront, milestone, or monthly retainer payments.
Work starts after the initial payment is received.
Delayed payments may pause project progress.
Paid fees for completed work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For ad campaigns, ad spend is separate from service fees.
4) Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate business requirements
Share required access (CRM, hosting, domain, APIs, ad accounts, etc.)
Approve deliverables on time
Ensure provided content, logos, and media do not violate copyrights
Delays in approvals or assets may extend timelines.
5) Intellectual Property
Upon final payment:
The client owns the final approved deliverables
Xpertiverse retains the right to reuse non-confidential frameworks, code patterns, automation logic, and internal SOPs
Pre-built templates, snapshots, and internal systems remain Xpertiverse property unless explicitly transferred
6) Third-Party Platforms
Some services rely on third-party platforms, including:
GoHighLevel
WordPress
Salesforce
Zapier / N8N
Meta Ads / Google Ads
Hosting providers
We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy violations, or downtime caused by third-party platforms.
7) Results Disclaimer
While we use proven systems and best practices, we do not guarantee exact rankings, revenue figures, lead volume, or business outcomes, since performance depends on multiple market factors.
8) Limitation of Liability
Xpertiverse will not be liable for:
indirect losses
business interruption
lost profits
data loss caused by third-party systems
delays caused by client-side dependencies
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
9) Confidentiality
All client credentials, business data, CRM records, and strategy documents are treated as confidential and used only for service delivery.
10) Termination
Either party may terminate the service with written notice.
Upon termination:
Completed work up to the billing date remains payable
Access credentials should be changed by the client
Monthly retainers require 15-day notice unless otherwise agreed
11) Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services means acceptance of the updated terms.
