The Generations of Wealth Voyage Event hosted by Derek, Tracy, Makenna Dombeck and Jeff & Sue Cichocki will bring you the advanced level of training, strategies, and networking you're seeking!
The Captains Pete Fortunato, Dyches Boddiford and Bill Cook, have passed the baton on to us and part of our new focus will be to expand on and enhance the great teachings that they brought.
We are going to bring in speakers from around the country, from other circles and other expertise to expand on the wealth of knowledge available to you.
One of our focuses will be to bring people closer together and bridge the generation gap between enders, estate builders, and our youth. We want to encourage you to bring your kids/grandkids on the cruise. We are offering all kids from the ages of 10-17 to attend the conference as our guests. We want them to get involved early in life so that they can become investors like you.

Jeff Cichocki
HOST
Jeff has been a hard money lender since 2010 and a real estate investor since 2004. As a hard money lender, Jeff manages a hard money investing fund.
Through both his personal ventures and lending through the fund, he has been involved in over a thousand transactions
DEREK DOMBECK
HOST
Derek has been a successful Investor since 2002. He’s been through the ups and downs of the markets and has the scars to prove it.
Derek has been involved in hundreds of transactions in his career. He’s done wholesaling, flipping, landlording, lending and countless other investment strategies throughout the years.
JEFF WATSON
Jeffery S. Watson has been an attorney since 1991. Jeff has also been a real estate investor since 1994, investing in both residential and commercial properties.
RON PHILLIPS
Ron Phillips has flipped thousands of houses, (literally flipped 800 of them just last year!) AND owns $28 million in apartments, AND built and sold a property management company, AND he’s the least stressed, most free real estate entrepreneur we know.
SHAUN MCCLOSKEY
Considered “the Coach’s Coach,” Shaun coaches high caliber business owners, speakers and coaches across the country. When he's not out changing lives and sharing the Leadership Boardroom message he can be found in his home town of St. Louis.

Bryan Ellis is the host of Self Directed Investor Talk, a very popular podcast and radio show. Bryan has a vast background in real estate investing and currently serves as manager of a real estate-focused private equity fund operating in Northern California.

Lori is the owner and CEO of one of the country’s leading real estate organizations, SJREI Association.
