LuxeDrop provides bespoke services including product sourcing, luxury item delivery, and access to exclusive events. Our mission is to deliver a seamless luxury experience tailored to your needs.
Our services are primarily available to customers in the UK. International shipping can be arranged upon request, with additional terms applying to customs and duties (see Section 12).
There are no age restrictions for using LuxeDrop’s services.
LuxeDrop does not require users to create an account. Instead, we initiate a discovery call to qualify clients and subsequently provide access to our WhatsApp programme for direct communication and service management.
Users must ensure all information provided, including delivery addresses and contact details, is accurate. LuxeDrop is not responsible for errors or delays caused by inaccurate information.
Users must not engage in the following:
i. Providing false payment details or invalid identification. Misusing LuxeDrop’s services in any manner. Violation of these terms may result in refusal of service or legal action.
We accept payments via bank transfer or cash upon delivery.
Our refund policy includes the following:
i. Order cancellations are accepted. Refunds do not include delivery costs. For items returned from outside the UK, customers bear the cost of return shipping. Customers can return online orders within 14 days of delivery by contacting LuxeDrop to arrange the return.
10. Pricing Transparency
All prices provided by LuxeDrop include service fees and delivery charges upfront. There are no hidden fees.
Transactions are processed in GBP (£). However, charges may vary depending on the customer’s location and currency conversion rates.
LuxeDrop reserves the right to decline orders due to customer capacity or item unavailability.
Delivery timelines and updates will be communicated via WhatsApp and phone calls. In the event of a failed delivery, LuxeDrop will reattempt delivery at the earliest convenience agreed upon between the driver and customer.
For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties.
Unauthorised use or copying of LuxeDrop’s website content, including brand assets such as logos, videos, and images, is strictly prohibited.
LuxeDrop does not claim ownership of trademarks or other intellectual property beyond those specified in this document.
LuxeDrop is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors, carriers, or service providers.
LuxeDrop is not responsible for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
LuxeDrop reserves the right to terminate access to its services under circumstances including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the service, fraudulent activity, or any other behaviour deemed harmful to LuxeDrop or other users.
Disputes will be resolved through a process deemed appropriate at the time, which may include mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings, depending on the nature of the dispute and applicable laws.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by UK law, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
LuxeDrop reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email notifications and announcements on our website.
