By visiting our website, registering for an event, purchasing a vendor booth, purchasing a VIP upgrade, or attending a Haiku Unlimited event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Haiku Unlimited
Haiku Unlimited is a community marketplace and pop-culture event hosted at:

Haiku Unlimited features vendors, artists, collectors, anime and pop-culture merchandise, raffles, food, music, cosplay, and family-friendly entertainment.
2. Event Admission
Haiku Unlimited is a free, all-ages event open to the public.
Children are welcome but must be supervised by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult at all times. Haiku Unlimited is not responsible for unattended minors.
3. Eventbrite Registration
Guests may reserve free Eventbrite tickets to receive event updates, reminders, raffle information, and special announcements.
An Eventbrite ticket does not guarantee any prize, giveaway, seating, vendor item, or special benefit unless specifically stated in writing.
Raffle items, giveaways, activities, and event features may vary by date and are subject to availability.
4. VIP Tickets and Upgrades
VIP tickets or VIP upgrades may be offered for certain Haiku Unlimited events.
VIP items must be redeemed in person at the Haiku Unlimited information booth. Guests must show valid proof of purchase to redeem VIP items.
VIP items are subject to availability and may vary by event weekend.
VIP tickets and upgrades are non-refundable. However, if a guest cannot attend the original event weekend, the VIP ticket may be redeemed at a future Haiku Unlimited event weekend with valid proof of purchase.
5. Vendor Booth Purchases
Vendor booth payments are for the specific event date selected at the time of purchase.
All vendor booth sales are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, credited, or moved to another event date unless the event is officially canceled by Haiku Unlimited.
Vendors are responsible for showing up on time, setting up during the assigned setup window, and following all vendor instructions provided by Haiku Unlimited.
6. Vendor Rules
Vendors agree to:
Arrive and set up during the assigned setup time
Stay within their assigned booth space
Keep their booth clean, safe, and professional
Bring their own approved setup items, displays, signage, and supplies
Follow Moreno Valley Mall rules and Haiku Unlimited event guidelines
Avoid blocking walkways, entrances, exits, neighboring vendors, or mall traffic
Clean up their booth area before leaving
Remain respectful to event staff, mall staff, guests, and other vendors
Haiku Unlimited reserves the right to deny, remove, or refuse future participation to any vendor who violates event rules, mall rules, safety guidelines, or professional standards.
7. Prohibited Vendor Items
Vendors may not sell illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, stolen, offensive, or prohibited items.
Haiku Unlimited reserves the right to remove any product, display, signage, or booth setup that is considered inappropriate, unsafe, misleading, or not aligned with the event.
Vendors are responsible for making sure their products, services, permits, licenses, and sales practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Food Vendors
Food vendors may be required to provide proper permits, licenses, insurance, or approvals depending on the type of food or beverage being sold.
Haiku Unlimited reserves the right to request documentation from food vendors before approval.
Food vendors are responsible for complying with all health, safety, mall, city, county, and state requirements.
9. Vendor Placement
Vendor placement is assigned by Haiku Unlimited.
Placement may be based on event layout, vendor category, traffic flow, safety, mall requirements, and overall event planning.
Vendor placement is not guaranteed and may be changed at any time when necessary.
10. Event Changes
Haiku Unlimited may update or change event details when needed, including but not limited to:
Event layout
Vendor placement
Event hours
Activities
Entertainment
Raffle details
Check-in process
Event rules
Event schedule
Changes to event details do not qualify for a refund unless the event is officially canceled by Haiku Unlimited.
11. Event Cancellation
If Haiku Unlimited officially cancels an event, vendors may receive either a refund for the canceled event date or the option to move their booth payment to the following weekend.
This only applies when the event is officially canceled by Haiku Unlimited.
If a vendor cancels, does not show up, arrives late, or chooses not to participate, no refund, credit, transfer, or make-up date will be provided.
12. No-Show Policy
Vendors who do not show up for their scheduled event date will lose their payment.
No refunds, credits, transfers, or make-up dates will be provided for vendor no-shows.
13. Photos and Videos
Haiku Unlimited events are public events. By attending, vending, participating, or entering the event area, you understand and agree that photos and videos may be taken.
Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including:
Social media content
Website content
Event recaps
Marketing materials
Flyers and advertisements
Vendor highlights
Community highlights
If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff at the Haiku Unlimited information booth.
14. Raffles and Giveaways
Raffles, giveaways, and prizes may be offered during certain events.
Rules, prize availability, raffle times, and entry requirements may vary by event date.
Guests may be required to be present to win. Haiku Unlimited reserves the right to change, cancel, or replace raffle prizes when necessary.
Eventbrite tickets, VIP purchases, or attendance do not guarantee raffle winnings.
15. Guest Conduct
All guests, vendors, and participants are expected to behave respectfully.
Haiku Unlimited may remove or deny entry to anyone who engages in:
Harassment
Threats
Fighting
Theft
Unsafe behavior
Disruptive conduct
Damage to property
Violation of mall rules
Inappropriate behavior toward guests, vendors, staff, or mall personnel
Removal from the event does not qualify for a refund.
16. Cosplay Guidelines
Cosplay is welcome at Haiku Unlimited.
Cosplay must remain family-friendly and appropriate for a public mall environment. Props, costumes, or accessories must not create a safety issue, block walkways, or violate mall rules.
Haiku Unlimited reserves the right to ask guests to remove or adjust costumes, props, or accessories if needed for safety or event compliance.
17. Personal Belongings
Guests and vendors are responsible for their own personal belongings, merchandise, displays, equipment, money, and valuables.
Haiku Unlimited is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unattended items.
18. Sales, Taxes, and Business Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for their own sales, pricing, payment collection, customer service, taxes, business licenses, permits, and legal compliance.
Haiku Unlimited is not responsible for vendor sales, vendor disputes, product quality, customer refunds, or transactions between vendors and customers.
19. Third-Party Platforms
Haiku Unlimited may use third-party platforms such as Eventbrite, Instagram, email platforms, text message platforms, payment processors, and other service providers.
These platforms may have their own terms, policies, fees, and privacy practices. Haiku Unlimited is not responsible for third-party platform errors, outages, fees, or policies.
20. Limitation of Liability
By attending, vending, registering, or participating in Haiku Unlimited, you agree that Haiku Unlimited is not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost items, theft, property damage, vendor disputes, customer disputes, third-party issues, or circumstances outside of our control.
Guests and vendors participate at their own risk.
21. Website Use
You may not use haikuunlimited.com for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with the website, misuse forms, submit false information, or use the website in a way that harms Haiku Unlimited or others.
22. Updates to These Terms
Haiku Unlimited may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website, registration platforms, vendor services, or event participation means you accept the updated terms.
