We provide Speech, Physical, Occupational and Feeding Therapy services. We are accepting new clients for all disciplines. We look forward to serving you and your families.

This Is Our Story

Founded in 2003, Fundamental Therapy Solutions began as a small clinic offering only speech and language services. Yet, over time we saw that many children required a multitude of services, and we felt we could offer more.

Knowing we wanted to provide the absolute best for each client, we explored other disciplines and developed into a multidisciplinary clinic.

Today, Fundamental Therapy Solutions is a dynamic team that includes Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists and Feeding Therapists. We have multiple locations in the United States and one of them is the Oklahoma location.

The Oklahoma Branch was developed in 2021, to help serve the kiddos and their families in the local community. We have educated Therapists that focus on the individual, while implementing a holistic approach in each session.

Fundamental Therapy Solutions provides assessment and treatment in all areas of communication, motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, daily living, cognitive and academic skills. We strive to help children gain functional skills by utilizing fun therapeutic techniques to improve their overall quality of life. With so many talented professionals on our team, we can collaborate to provide best practices from each profession to achieve our goals.
