Meet Our OT's

Our occupational therapists at Fundamental Therapy Solutions address various factors that affect each child's daily living activities. We specialize in evaluating and treating infants, children, and adolescents who may benefit from skilled services to address social and emotional goals, motor function, and sensory processing.

Ann Boyd

OTR/L

Ann is a highly experienced occupational therapist with 27 years of practice, holding a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Northeast Louisiana University. She further expanded her knowledge through studies at Tulane Medical School with a focus on neurology and pediatrics, completing internships at North Louisiana Rehab Hospital, River North Psychiatric Treatment Hospital, and the public school system. Early in her career, Ann balanced roles at New Directions Rehab and PRN work in skilled nursing at Morehouse General Hospital.

Ann’s career has been marked by a dedication to pediatric rehabilitation and advancing clinical expertise. During her time in Colorado Springs, CO, while stationed with the U.S. Army, she worked at Community Partnership for Child Development and advocated for early intervention services on the Child Find team and through a Special Quest committee in D.C. She spent 12 years at Shriners Hospital for Children in Shreveport, LA, where she developed extensive specialty skills across a wide range of conditions, including cerebral palsy, brachial plexus injury, brain injury, sensory integrative dysfunction, autism, Down syndrome, spina bifida, JRA, amputations, prosthetics, burns, hand surgery, and post-operative and trauma rehabilitation. Her expertise includes custom splint fabrication, adaptive equipment, wheelchair seating systems, and feeding interventions.

Ann has also contributed to research, serving as co-investigator on multi-year studies evaluating the benefits of Botox, medications, and tendon transfers to improve motor control in children with spastic quadriplegia and hemiplegia. She implemented Constraint Induced Movement Therapy protocols at Shriners and participated in summer camps such as Jambalaya Jubilee for children with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis. Passionate about teaching, Ann has delivered guest lectures for LSU OT and PT classes, BPCC OTA programs, and professional conferences, while mentoring numerous Level II clinical students from LSU, ULM, Texas Woman’s University, and beyond..

Brooke Nelson

MOTR/L

Brooke and her husband now reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with their three children, Kennedy, Cole, and Cruze. She is passionate about partnering with children and families, utilizing a holistic and evidence-based approach to support meaningful growth and development. Brooke is committed to empowering families and creating individualized therapy experiences that foster confidence and independence.

Outside of her professional role, Brooke enjoys cooking, working out, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

Maya West

MOTR/L

Maya earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University in December 2020 before beginning occupational therapy school in August 2021. She entered the profession with a clear goal: to become a pediatric occupational therapist dedicated to improving the lives of children with disabilities and developmental delays and supporting the families who care for them.

After graduating in December 2023 and obtaining her NBCOT certification as a Registered and Licensed Occupational Therapist, Maya began her career in skilled nursing, serving older adults. While this experience broadened her clinical perspective and skills, her passion for pediatrics remained strong. After a year and a half, she returned to her true calling—working with children and their families.

Maya is enthusiastic about creating meaningful change through innovative, family-centered approaches and is committed to helping children build skills, confidence, and independence as they grow.

Courtney Stephen

Courtney first joined Fundamental Therapy Solutions in 2017. A graduate from the University of Florida, she has worked in both outpatient pediatrics and orthopedics (hand therapy) since the start of her career. Courtney has been trained in Astronaut Training, Handwriting without Tears and is currently pursuing certification as a Primitive Reflex Clinical Specialist. At this present time, Courtney serves clients virtually at our Oklahoma clinic!  She is passionate about empowering families and guiding clients toward achieving their highest potential. Courtney is a Florida-native- enjoying life in the State of Florida with her husband and their two sons.

Keisha Rathbone

Mykena earned her B.S. from the University of Arkansas in 2019. Has 4 years' experience in an ABA pediatric outpatient setting. She received her M.S. in Occupational Therapy in August 2023 from Northeastern State University. Mykena is experienced with addressing behaviors, potty training, and emotional regulation. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling with her fiancé and spending time with family.

Keisha earned her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Oklahoma in 2015. She has experience in both pediatrics and home health therapy; however, her true passion has always been working with children. Keisha is dedicated to helping children and their families develop new skills and achieve goals that are meaningful to them, fostering growth, independence, and confidence through individualized care.

Keisha and her husband have been married for 14 years and are the proud parents of two daughters. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors riding horses, camping, exploring on side-by-sides, watching movies, and playing games together.

Abigail Hanning

Abigail Hanning is a licensed Occupational Therapist dedicated to helping individuals build independence and improve their quality of life. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Oklahoma State University in 2021 and went on to complete her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at University of Oklahoma. She is certified through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Abigail began her career at PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Tulsa, where she worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with adults recovering from neurological injuries, orthopedic conditions, intellectual disabilities, and other functional impairments. Through this experience, she developed a strong foundation in helping patients regain independence and improve daily function.

Although she greatly valued her work with the adult population, Abigail felt called to pursue her passion for pediatrics. She is excited to support children with disabilities and developmental challenges while advocating for their strengths and abilities.

Abigail lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with her boyfriend and their five animals. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, spending time outdoors, baking sourdough, and collecting houseplants.

Carrie Bozone

COTA/L

Carrie is a dedicated occupational therapist with over 17 years of experience working with children. She began her career as a paraprofessional in the public school system, where her passion for helping young children reach their fullest potential inspired her to pursue an Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She became a licensed occupational therapist in 2014 and has since focused her career in pediatric outpatient therapy.

Carrie works with children of diverse abilities and diagnoses, including ASD, ADHD, and Down syndrome, using individualized strategies to help them initiate, participate, and engage fully in all areas of daily life. In January 2017, she received specialized training in the SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) Approach to Feeding, equipping her to support children and families in developing essential self-feeding and oral motor skills.

Outside of her professional work, Carrie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, caring for animals, playing basketball and other sports, and challenging herself with puzzles. Her compassionate approach and commitment to meaningful connections continue to motivate her work every day.

Molly Adams

Molly, originally from Sharon, Oklahoma, discovered her passion for pediatrics during her clinical rotations while attending Caddo Kiowa Technology Center. She also played one year of college softball before completing her studies. Molly is dedicated to helping children achieve their goals and supporting them in the activities that matter most to them.

Outside of her professional work, Molly enjoys traveling, spending time with her two fur babies, Maggie and Marley, and embracing a variety of outdoor activities. Her enthusiasm for helping children thrive is matched by her love of adventure and family.

Oleeta Noah

COTA/L

Oleeta has been a dedicated occupational therapy professional since 1998. She earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Oklahoma in 1986 and later received her Associate in Applied Science from North Central Texas College, becoming a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant. In 2018, Oleeta began sharing her extensive knowledge and experience by teaching students in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Tulsa Community College.

Her expertise spans a wide range of areas, including Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, and handwriting development. Oleeta’s approach with children and adolescents emphasizes purposeful activities, incorporating movement and sensory play to engage clients in meaningful and effective ways. She is deeply committed to using her gifts to teach, guide, and positively impact the lives of individuals who experience the world in unique ways.

Outside of her professional work, Oleeta enjoys walking her dogs, cycling along Riverside Drive, hiking on Turkey Mountain and other Tulsa-area parks, practicing yoga, playing occasional rounds of golf, listening to music, watching movies, cooking, reading fiction, and crafting. Her passion for both her profession and her personal pursuits reflects a life dedicated to growth, care, and meaningful connection.

Valerie Jones

Brooke Nelson graduated from Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO with her Bachelor's in Science degree. Shortly after graduation, she married her college sweetheart Michael. They moved to Columbia, MO where Brooke received her Master's in Occupational Therapy Degree from the University of Missouri. Brooke and Michael now live in Tulsa, OK with their two children, Cole (4) and Kennedy (2). Brooke is passionate about working with children and their families using a holistic and evidence-based approach. She enjoys cooking, working out, and spending quality time with her friends and family in her spare time.

Oleeta Noah

Oleeta Noah has been practicing in the field of Occupational Therapy since 1998. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science and received her Associate in Applied Science at North Central Texas College and became an Occupational Therapy Assistant. In 2018, Oleeta decided to share her experience and knowledge and began teaching students in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Tulsa Community College. Her knowledge and training include Autism, ADHA, Sensory Processing Disorder, and handwriting just to name a few. Her approach to working with children and adolescence is through purposeful activities while incorporating movement and sensory play. She serves her purpose with the gifts that God has given her through teaching and touching the lives of those who experience the world in a unique way. To care for and nurture her soul, Oleeta enjoys walking her dogs, bicycle rides along Riverside Drive, hikes on Turkey Mountain and other Tulsa area parks, yoga, an occasional round of golf, listening to music, watching movies, cooking, reading fiction, and crafts.

Hope Urban

Hope Urban is a board-certified and state-licensed occupational therapy assistant (OTA), with an emphasis in pediatrics and developmental disabilities. Her passion is encouraging and teaching clients independence in their daily lives and improving functional skills through play. Hope enjoys reading, writing, flower collecting, dancing, and playing the piano or guitar in her spare time.
