TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in Disability Parenting At Sea™, operated within the Celebrity Boss Experiences™ framework by ONE NEO GEO, LLC. By booking, registering, submitting payment, joining any related online group, or participating in any portion of the event, you agree to these Terms.
1. EVENT STRUCTURE & HOSTING ENTITY
Disability Parenting At Sea™ is a privately hosted conference and group experience coordinated by ONE NEO GEO, LLC.
The cruise vessel, ship operations, youth programming, accessibility services, dining, and all onboard logistics are operated solely by Carnival Cruise Line or applicable third-party vendors. ONE NEO GEO, LLC does not operate the cruise ship and does not control cruise line policies.
2. PAYMENTS & ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATION FEE
All bookings include:
• Cruise fare remitted to Carnival Cruise Line
• An embedded administrative coordination fee retained by ONE NEO GEO, LLC
The administrative coordination fee covers event planning, group coordination, programming, marketing, staff support, community facilitation, and operational management. This administrative coordination fee is private and separate from cruise line services.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
All payments, including but not limited to:
• Deposits
• Partial payments
• Administrative coordination fees
• Full payments are final and non-refundable.
This includes circumstances such as:
• Illness or injury
• Family emergencies
• Work conflicts
• Travel delays or missed flights
• Itinerary changes
• Cruise line schedule changes
• Weather events
• Dissatisfaction with programming
• Accessibility limitations
• Personal scheduling conflicts
Participants acknowledge that this is a limited-capacity group event requiring advance contractual commitments. Travel protection coverage is strongly recommended.
Recommended providers include:
Carnival Vacation Protection
Allianz Travel Insurance
Insurance must be purchased separately and may cover circumstances not refundable through the host.
4. PAYMENT PLANS
If a payment plan is selected:
• Participant agrees to complete all scheduled payments on time
• Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation
• No refunds will be issued for missed payments
• Reinstatement, if allowed, may include additional fees
Cabin pricing may change if payment schedules are not honored.
5. CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting ONE NEO GEO, LLC to resolve the matter.
Initiating a chargeback in violation of these Terms constitutes breach of agreement and may result in:
• Collection action
• Administrative fees
• Legal remedies
• Reporting to applicable authorities
6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Travel, cruising, and participation in live events involve inherent risks including, but not limited to:
• Illness
• Injury
• Accidents
• Accessibility limitations
• Delays
• Weather conditions
• Lost or damaged property
By participating, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.
7. HOLD HARMLESS & RELEASE
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless:
• ONE NEO GEO, LLC
• Celebrity Boss Cruises™
• Disability Parenting At Sea™
• All affiliated entities
• Officers, contractors, employees, speakers, volunteers
From any claims arising from:
• Travel
• Cruise operations
• Accessibility services
• Youth programs
• Third-party vendors
• Accidents or injuries
• Emotional distress
• Program changes
• Force majeure events
8. ACCESSIBILITY DISCLAIMER
Accessibility accommodations are provided solely at the discretion of Carnival Cruise Line.
ONE NEO GEO, LLC does not guarantee:
• Accessible stateroom availability
• Mobility equipment compatibility
• Sensory accommodations
• Caregiving or respite services
• Youth staffing levels
Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the supervision and care of their dependents at all times.
Guests requiring accommodations must complete Carnival’s Special Needs Form:
9. MEDIA RELEASE
Event photography, audio recording, and video capture may occur throughout the cruise. By participating, you grant ONE NEO GEO, LLC permission to use your name, likeness, voice, image, and testimonials for reasonable promotional and marketing purposes.
Guests requiring specific privacy accommodations must notify ONE NEO GEO, LLC in writing prior to sailing.
10. CONDUCT POLICY
Accessibility accommodations are provided solely at the discretion of Carnival Cruise Line.
ONE NEO GEO, LLC does not guarantee:
• Harassment
• Disruptive behavior
• Unsafe conduct
• Violation of cruise line policies
• Illegal activity
• Threats to safety
Removal may occur without refund.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
ONE NEO GEO, LLC is not responsible for:
• Cruise operations
• Food or lodging
• Excursions
• Transportation
• Hotels
• Medical services
• Carnival youth programs
• Carnival accessibility services
All third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
ONE NEO GEO, LLC is not liable for cancellation, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its control, including:
• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Disease outbreaks
• Government action
• Mechanical issues
• Labor strikes
• Acts of war
• Acts of terrorism
No refunds will be issued for such circumstances.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All programming, materials, frameworks, presentations, and branding are the intellectual property of ONE NEO GEO, LLC. Reproduction, recording, or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
14. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION
The laws of the State of Georgia govern these Terms. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Georgia. Participants waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings.
15. MODIFICATIONS
ONE NEO GEO, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates.
