We will not be providing you with any form of email hosting, so you will need to get signed up with an email hosting service provider. We recommend Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite) but Office 365 is a good alternative. An alternative to using a paid email hosting providers like Gsuite, Office 365 or any other, is you can use our Free Email Forwarder option (Only available if you purchased your domain from us).
FREE Email Forwarder Only available if you purchased your New domain From Us (Option A from Domain Step 1 Previous Page)
An Alternative Option To using a paid email hosting service like Google Workspace (formerly known as Gsuite), Office 365 or any other paid email hosting provider is to use Our Free Email Forwarder option that we include if you purchased your domain from us. By purchasing your new domain from us we provide you with unlimited free domain forwarder emails. This means you can use an email that matches your domain such as [email protected] and it will forward to one of your existing emails you currently have and use (like [email protected] etc). This is a fast, easy and free solution but when you communicate via email with others it will not come from your business branded email as you will be sending from your existing email (ie [email protected]) that we are forwarding to since [email protected] email is just a “forwarding” email and not a hosted email.
If you are using Option A (this option is only available if you purchased your domain from us) you will notate on the onboarding form that we will send to you after your purchase your website hosting/software option (Step 3), that you want to use the free email forwarder and not a paid hosted email solution and you will also provide us with what email you want to use as your domain email forwarder ie [email protected] (this will be used on your website as well) and then where to forward those emails to (your existing email ie [email protected]). (*Note you will be able to create additional email forwarders as you need as well from within your domain client portal).
Purchase Google Workspace (formerly known as Gsuite) paid email service (Our preferred/recommended option)
If you are going to use Option B you will first need to sign up for a paid Google Workspace account and create your email/users. (Note that Google Workspace allows you to create “aliases” so you can have multiple emails all assigned to one user without creating additional email/user accounts).
When you are signing up with Google Workspace you will need to make sure you create a user for the email you want us to use on your website (ie [email protected] or [email protected] etc).
As part of the Google Workspace process, you will have to “activate” your Workspace account by “verifying” your domain by entering the required DNS records that Google will supply you. We can do this technical piece for you. You will have to provide us with your Google Workspace login credentials on the onboarding form that we will send you after you have completed your step 3 hosting/software selection process). We will need access to your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain) as well. See below:
Purchase Office 365 (or any other paid email service)
This option will require you to do your own technical setup with the DNS settings etc. If you purchased your domain from us you will have access to the DNS records through your domain customer portal and you can work with Microsoft (or other paid email provider support) to make the necessary DNS settings that they provide you. If your domain was purchased from somewhere else then you will have to make the DNS changes there for your new paid email service in order to setup your Office 365 account/emails. (or other non-Google Workplace/Gsuite paid email service).

When you purchase your domain from us we give you free email forwarders. These emails will use the extension of your domain. For example [email protected] or [email protected]. Any email that comes to one of these “forwarder” email address do not get stored anywhere and are just forwarded to an email address you designate ie [email protected] etc. You can not “Send” email from your domain forwarder as it is not an email hosting account.
Yes, if we are able to log in to your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain) and you provide us with your new Google Workspace credentials and we can log in, then we can do the technical pieces of making the DNS changes and completing the verification/activation process with Google for you. If the domain was purchased from us then we have the domain registrar access already, but if it was purchased somewhere else you will have to provide us with login access. Domain login credentials and Google Workspace login credentials will need to be provided on the onboarding form.
If you purchased your domain from us at leadnurturelcosedomains.com then you get an unlimited amount of email forwarders. We will set up the first one for you that will be used on the website and you can set up more if needed from within your domain client portal.
After you select your hosting/software option in the next step (step 3) we will send you communications with an onboarding form where you will provide the data we need including the Google credentials).
