Legal & Law Enforcement: In response to valid legal requests, court orders, or regulations.
Other PHI Uses: With your written authorization (e.g. marketing, fundraising).
We adhere strictly to HIPAA’s "minimum necessary" standard—only authorized staff access the minimum PHI required for their roles.
We maintain robust safeguards:
