3. Telemedicine Services

MedSol Rx connects patients with licensed medical providers via a secure digital platform. Consultations are performed in accordance with applicable state laws and clinical guidelines. No medication is prescribed without a live consultation with a licensed clinician.

4. Compliance & Licensure

We comply with all U.S. federal and state laws. Services are restricted in jurisdictions where telemedicine or specific treatments are not permitted. Access is automatically blocked in unlicensed states.

All medications are prescribed only after medical necessity is confirmed by a provider and documented through HIPAA-compliant systems.

MedSol Rx does not own or operate a pharmacy. Fulfillment is handled by third-party licensed pharmacies based on the patient's location and state compliance.

6. Payments and Billing

MedSol Rx processes card-not-present transactions securely via Stripe. Your billing descriptor may appear as OPNLP Health.

By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method. Billing inquiries can be directed to [email protected].

7. Patient Portal Access

Patients may register for services through our secure portal. By registering, you agree to:

Accept communication via phone, email, or SMS for scheduling and support

8. Post-Purchase Consultation Policy

If payment is completed before a provider visit, our team will schedule a live telehealth consultation. No prescriptions will be issued without a completed consultation. Inactive or unresponsive users may be contacted to complete the care cycle.

9. Advertising and LegitScript Compliance

MedSol Rx complies with advertising policies across Google, Meta, Microsoft Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms by maintaining LegitScript certification and only promoting compliant services.

10. Privacy and HIPAA Compliance

All patient data is stored and transmitted via encrypted, HIPAA-compliant systems. We uphold the highest standards for patient confidentiality and data protection. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use our services for non-medical or illegal purposes

Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

Circumvent licensing-based access restrictions

MedSol Rx is not liable for any delays, miscommunications, or outcomes resulting from inaccurate patient input, third-party pharmacy fulfillment, or noncompliance with care instructions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
