Planning and Explanation
When you bring your vehicle to us, you will receive a complimentary estimate if you have not already received one from your insurance carrier.
Updates
There are 12 steps to the repair process.
One of our representatives will walk you through the process during drop off of your vehicle.
We have added a customer repair system status app via email to keep you in the loop on your repairs at a moment's notice.
Timing
During the initial repairs assessment, we’ll offer an estimated timeline for completing the repairs based on the extent and nature of the damage.
Please keep in mind that our “promised date,” “guaranteed delivery date,” or “on-time delivery date” may shift as we work. We will let you know if dates change.
Quality
At the end of your repair, you will receive a certificate of warranty from our collision center.
Our collision center is as well-known I-CAR Gold Facility.
Pre-Delivery Communication
We will contact you once your vehicle has passed a thorough quality-control check and is ready for pickup. You will receive a
full folder of documentation on initial estimation and when repairs are complete, you will then receive another folder with all repair documents and your certificate of lifetime warranty.
Delivery
When you arrive, we’ll go over the completed repairs and address any questions or concerns you may have.
If you have a rental vehicle, you can drop that off directly with us and we will coordinate with the rental staff to pick the vehicle up from our facility.
