I guide modern humans to discover who they truely are, transform their habits to embody confidence and attract people and opportunities they deserve.

My Mission

**I left a career in Media & TV to pursue Psychotherapy & Life Coaching.**

World Health Organisation estimates that 280 million people worldwide are living with depression. In a society that undervalues emotional expression in favour of economic growth, many professionals struggle from burnout, emotional disconnection, unexplained negativity and unhealthy habit patterns.

I wanted to be a doctor growing up, at the same time I loved creativity and storytelling. Graduated from a Bachelor in Media and Filmmaking I worked in corporate for seven years. Despite the stable outlook I felt unfulfilled and delved deep into Psychology books on Somatic Healing, Chakras, Attachment Styles, Meditation, and went on extensive yoga and meditation retreats like Swami and Vipassana in the Blue Mountains.

I felt my full-time role in television to pursue studies in ICF qualified RAPID Transformation Life Coaching, Neuro-transformation Certificate, Wellbeing and Astrology Qualifications at WILD Success and the Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I felt called to follow the path of healing and making the world a better place.
