Welcome to Leopard Operations Agency. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users, clients, and candidates accessing or engaging with Leopard Operations Agency (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Our Services

Leopard Operations Agency connects global CEOs with pre-vetted, remote South African professionals—primarily Executive Assistants—who are trained, college-educated, and remote-work ready.

We manage the sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and operational support of these professionals.

Independent Contractor Relationship

All talent introduced through Leopard Operations Agency are independent contractors. They are not employees of Leopard or the client. Clients agree to:

  • Direct and supervise their contractor’s work

  • Ensure the scope of work is clear and communicated

    We facilitate contracts and compliance but are not responsible for the day-to-day management of deliverables.

Fees, Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to begin sourcing talent. Additional fees are outlined in your custom service agreement and invoiced based on agreed billing cycles.

Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Talent Replacement Guarantee

If your matched contractor is not the right fit within the first 30 days, we will replace them at no additional cost, subject to the same role requirements.

Only one replacement is guaranteed per engagement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide clear expectations, tasks, and communication channels

  • Adhere to payment terms

  • Treat contractors professionally and respectfully

  • Comply with relevant local laws in their jurisdiction

Talent Expectations

Contractors agree to:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality

  • Adhere to deadlines and performance expectations

  • Operate with Leopard’s core values: agility, speed, excellence, and accountability

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared business information, processes, and proprietary data.

As a South Africa-based business, we comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Client and contractor data will be:

  • Collected only for lawful purposes

  • Stored securely

  • Never sold or disclosed without consent

  • Subject to access, correction, and deletion upon request

Limitation of Liability

Leopard Operations Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruptions, resulting from the use of our services or the actions of hired contractors.

Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for services rendered under the applicable agreement.

Limitation of Liability

All content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is the property of Leopard Operations Agency. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in South African courts.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

  • A client breaches these Terms

  • A contractor acts in bad faith

  • There is evidence of harassment, fraud, or non-payment

    Termination does not waive the client’s responsibility for any outstanding fees.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
