Ana Reed is the Founder of Newmanity®, a leadership consultancy working with CEOs, executives and senior leadership teams to unlock human potential and elevate how organisations perform.

Originally from Australia, Ana grew up in a multicultural community and a family deeply engaged in sports, which shaped her early understanding of human performance and its impact on leadership.

With over a decade of experience as a trusted CEO confidant and executive advisor, Ana has lived and worked across six continents alongside senior leaders from some of the world’s most successful organisations—gaining first-hand insight into what drives performance, and what quietly limits it. Her professional journey began as a professional athlete, where she developed a deep interest in the relationship between human performance and leadership.

Throughout her career, Ana has worked with leadership teams across industries to address the underlying human and systemic challenges that limit performance—enabling organisations to operate at a higher level. Her experience spans e-commerce, retail, mining, consumer healthcare, CPG, publishing, and sports.

Since founding Newmanity® in 2020, Ana has guided CEOs and leadership teams globally through complex challenges—helping them align, operate more effectively, and create greater value.
