Ana Reed is the Founder of Newmanity®, a leadership consultancy dedicated to empowering CEOs and senior executives. Originally from Australia, Ana grew up in a multicultural community and a family deeply engaged in sports, which ignited her early interest in human performance and its impact on leadership.
With over a decade of experience as a trusted CEO Confidant and Executive Advisor, Ana has lived across six continents, collaborating with top CEOs and leaders from some of the world’s most successful global companies. Her professional journey began as a professional athlete, where she cultivated a passion for understanding human performance and its direct correlation to leadership excellence.
Throughout her career, Ana has driven transformative change across a range of industries, including e-commerce, retail, mining, consumer healthcare, CPG, publishing, and sports. Since founding Newmanity® in 2020, Ana has guided CEOs and leaders around the globe through complex challenges, helping them create exponential growth and develop high-performing, sustainable businesses.
