How to Start at Core10

1. START with the 2-Workout Experience
Experience 2 real Core10 classes and feel how the workouts work.

2. BOOK your first class
Choose any class that fits your schedule:

Meet your instructor & get an intro to the equipment.

What Your First Core10 Class Is Like

Walking into a new workout can feel intimidating. We get it.

That’s why we make your first Core10 experience simple and welcoming.

Here’s what to expect:

You’ll Have Your Own Equipment
Every person has their own reformer station, so you’re never competing for space or equipment.

Our Instructors Guide You Through Everything
Even though you’re joining a real class, our coaches give extra guidance to new clients so you feel comfortable right away.

The Workout Moves Quickly
Classes are 50 minutes and music-driven, so the time goes by faster than you expect.

You’ll Feel Muscles Working in New Ways
The springs create resistance that challenges your strength, balance, and core in ways most workouts don’t.

And don’t worry if everything doesn’t click immediately.

Most people find the second workout is where the Core10 method really starts to make sense.
