A Workout:

🔥 Deep Core Flow 🔥

The workout is a core-focused total body challenge designed to light up the deep muscles that hold you strong from the inside out. 💪 We use lighter springs on purpose—because lighter doesn’t mean easier. It means your deep core has to work harder to control every inch of the movement. And trust us… it will. 😅🔥

We start on our backs with a ball between the thighs and the Long Bar in our hands to wake up the inner wrapping muscles right away. Then comes a surprise twist to your favorite Abs & Arms Series—hands in the straps with the ball tucked under your tailbone for next-level core activation.

After that? We’re off the back and on the move. Think Pike-to-Planks, Bears, French Twists, Lunges, and a killer Leg Slide Series that will have your legs quivering all the way home. 🧦🔥

This workout flows fast, challenges control and delivers that deep-core burn we love in our workouts. Strong from the inside. Sculpted on the outside. Let’s go! 🚀

B Workout:

🔥 Jumpboard: Flight Mode Activated 🔥

Jumpboard Lovers 💙This one’s for you!

March is bringing one of the sweatiest💦 most electric jumpboard series we’ve ever created.

We’re not just jumping—we’re flying. ✈️ We integrate tower springs in your hands, on your feet, and even through the leg loops for that suspended, weightless feeling while your muscles are working overtime. It’s power meets control meets precision.

Expect lots of single-leg work to clean up right-to-left imbalances and build real symmetry and strength. This is explosive, athletic training that still demands core control and sharp alignment.

It’s fast. It flows. It burns.🔥 Bring a towel and a maybe fire-extinguisher.

And it might just be the most fun you’ve ever had on the jumpboard.

C Workout:

🔥 All Tower, All Control 🔥

This month’s C Workout lives entirely on the Tower—and your core is invited to every second of it. 💪 Expect lots of abs, deep core activation, and that awesome suspension feeling with hands and feet in the straps at the same time. Your body will be working together whether it is planned to or not. 😅

The rotating disc makes its return to challenge balance and strengthen the joints of the lower body while we target hamstrings, glutes, and quads. Meanwhile, the upper body joins the party too—arms, shoulders, back… everything shows up.

Yes, it’s possible you’ll be working every muscle at once in this one. Strong, steady, and shaking in the best way. 🔥
