🔥Torso-Wringing Core Challenge 🔥
This workout is an absolute ab wringer—in the best way possible. We’re going to wring out the torso like a wet towel from front to back and side to side, hitting the abs, obliques, and deep core muscles from every angle. Your waistline to know this workout happened. Every. Single. Time. 😈
We start on our backs with everyone’s favorite: feet in straps! Frog presses and flowing leg movements wake up the body before we move into a fun new Roll-Down Series with arm sweeps that challenge the core while opening the upper body and thoracic spine. ✨
The short box joins the party for the Rowing Pirate Series 🏴☠️—a fun, flowing rotational series that targets the obliques, deep core muscles, external rotator cuff, and posture muscles around the thoracic spine.
And yes… the planks are coming! Side Planks, French Twists, and more core-burning challenges will have your abs shaking and your obliques firing.
This workout is strong, athletic, and packed with movements that strengthen your core while helping your body move better, rotate better, and stand taller. Bring your breath control… and maybe prepare to laugh when your abs start quivering halfway through. 💦

This fun, fast-flowing flow features some moves we know but done in a surprising way! Core10 Pilates is not just on the cutting-edge of the best workouts and program design - we lead the way! 💪✨
We start with heavy leg presses on an upright footbar with a booty band to intensify the glute work. Then, we switch to a yellow spring for footwork, targeting the hamstrings and back of the body in a way you've never experienced. The Leg Press becomes a Leg Pull, giving you a deep burn you'll love.
Next up is a seriously fun and challenging ab and arms series using the PT Bar. We continue to incorporate the PT bar for the legs, back, and biceps lunges in an innovative standing series on the carriage.
We'll hit the core one more time before wrapping up with a fabulous and much-deserved stretch. This workout is sure to leave you feeling strong, energized, and ready for more! 🌟
🔥 Deep End Strength & Chair Challenges 🔥
This month’s workout is packed with fresh new movement, creative flow, and the kind of challenge that makes class fly by.
We kick things off standing on the front platform facing the tower for a powerful upper body and core series that lights up the shoulders, chest, and deep core muscles right away.
We level things up with pull-ups and then comes the challenge everyone will be talking about… a brutal (but fun 😈) 3-minute series in the deep end. It’s a true test of control, strength, and precision that will leave even our Pros shaking in their grip socks.
The EXO Chair enters the party in a completely new way—from the tower end of the reformer! This setup creates fresh angles, balance challenges, and total body integration unlike anything we’ve done before.
We finish strong with a fun ab series on the chair before rewarding all that hard work with an incredible tower stretch series. And yes… hanging splits are officially on the menu! Even if you can’t do splits on the floor, you may surprise yourself up in the air. ✨
