- Exec Voice provides B2B appointment-setting services via LinkedIn AI voice note campaigns.

- You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and LinkedIn’s policies.

- Unauthorized use, including attempts to disrupt or misuse our platform, is strictly prohibited.

2. Payment Terms

- Setup fee: $495 (refundable if conditions are met as stated in your service agreement).

- Booked meetings: $150 per qualified call with an agreed decision-maker.

- Payments are due as per the billing terms communicated during onboarding.

3. Client Responsibilities

- Provide accurate business information, LinkedIn access, and any required assets for outreach.

- Ensure your LinkedIn account is in good standing and compliant with LinkedIn’s terms.

- Respond promptly to scheduled meetings and communications to ensure smooth delivery of services.

4. Refunds & Guarantees

- The $495 setup fee is fully refundable if no qualified meetings are booked.

- Meeting payments are non-refundable once a verified call is delivered to your calendar.

- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

5. Intellectual Property

- All content, branding, and proprietary technology used in our service are owned by Exec Voice.

- You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our process, campaigns, or technology without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

- Exec Voice is not responsible for missed meetings due to client no-shows, technical issues outside our control, or third-party platform disruptions (e.g., LinkedIn downtime).

- We do not guarantee closed deals, only qualified booked meetings.

- Liability is limited to the total amount paid for services within the last 3 months.

7. Termination

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for misuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

- You may terminate your engagement with written notice, subject to outstanding payments owed.

8. Privacy

Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

- We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.

- Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

- Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
