A card fee of 3% will be applied to all service and retail transactions. To provide flexibility and options for our valued customers, we offer two fee-free alternatives:
No fees will be charged for tips. We appreciate and encourage your generosity.
As part of the confirmation process, your credit card will be needed for a $50 deposit to secure the service. To secure your appointment for all chemical hair services, a $50 deposit is required.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of the deposit. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained.
Your appointment will be considered confirmed once a member of our team has personally responded to your request via phone or email.
We regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued for services or retail products.
If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please report it within three (3) days to the Front Desk or Management. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will redo the service during the same week.
For unused retail products, exchanges are accepted. If a product has been used, the company may issue a Company Gift Certificate for services only, with a value equivalent to the purchase.
