Welcome to The Watch 4Ever Club. This Subscription Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and expectations related to your monthly watch subscription. By enrolling in The Watch 4Ever Club, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Subscription Overview

The Watch 4Ever Club is a monthly subscription service that allows members to receive two (2) watches each month from our available collections.

Members may select their preferred watches each month, subject to availability.

Watches are delivered on a recurring monthly basis while the subscription remains active.

2. Billing & Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly on the same date each month, based on the original signup date.

Payments are processed automatically using the payment method on file.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until the subscription is canceled.

If a payment fails, access to monthly selections and shipments may be paused until payment is successfully processed.

Members will be notified when monthly selections open.

Watch availability may vary based on demand, inventory, and seasonal collections.

If a selected watch becomes unavailable, an alternative of equal or greater value will be offered.

We reserve the right to update, rotate, or discontinue collections at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is processed after monthly watch selections are confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.

Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.

The Watch 4Ever Club is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the member.

5. Cancellations

Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellations must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Once a monthly charge has been processed, that month’s shipment will still be fulfilled.

No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

6. Returns, Exchanges & 1-Year Warranty

All watches included in The Watch 4Ever Club are covered by our One (1) Year Limited Warranty, starting from the delivery date of each watch.

Warranty Coverage

The 1-year warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects

Mechanical issues not caused by misuse

Movement malfunction under normal use

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap wear)

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, water exposure beyond rated resistance, or improper handling

Lost or stolen watches

Battery replacement, unless otherwise stated

Subscription Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of subscription services:

All subscription shipments are final sale.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective items covered under the 1-year warranty.

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery for immediate replacement consideration.

Proof of defect (photos or video) may be required.

Approved warranty claims may result in repair, replacement, or store credit, at our sole discretion.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

You must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine replacement eligibility.

8. Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate shipping and billing information

Monitoring subscription status and billing dates

Ensuring selections are made on time each month

Failure to update account information may result in shipment delays or missed deliveries.

9. Modifications to the Subscription

We reserve the right to:

Modify subscription pricing with prior notice

Update benefits, collections, or included products

Amend this Subscription Policy at any time

Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Watch 4Ever Club is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the subscription service or products received.

All watches are provided "as is" subject to manufacturer warranties, if applicable.
