What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. This gives us time to prepare the house properly between guests.
Can I check-in early or check out late?
We do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when we can, but availability depends on our booking schedule. We'll know for sure 72 hours before your arrival. If you'd like to extend your time here, just ask—we're happy to work with you when possible."
Do you have WIFI at the house?
Yes, we have high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, reliable enough for work calls or streaming, but we hope the view distracts you from your screen!
Can I host an event or celebration at your home?
Small, low-key celebrations with your group are fine: birthday dinners, anniversary toasts, that sort of thing. We typically don't allow large parties, events, or outside guests beyond your booking party. If you're planning something specific, just run it by us and we'll go from there!
Do you do direct bookings?
Absolutely. We prefer direct bookings because it lets us get to know our guests. Plus, you save on booking fees. Reach out anytime to get started!
