TEAMS & DEVELOPMENT PATH

2013 Birth Year — Boys

New for this season, our 2013 Thunder boys team expands our program into a new birth year. This group is built for driven players who want fast, competitive hockey in a positive environment. Through high tempo practices, skill focused development, and strong team culture, our 2013 boys sharpen their skills and grow their confidence on and off the ice. Limited spots are available for committed players ready to work.

2013 Birth Year — Girls

Our 2013 Thunder girls team is the first all girls team in the program. This team was created to give female athletes their own competitive spring hockey home in the Okanagan. The focus is on skating, skill, and hockey IQ in a supportive environment where girls can push themselves, build leadership, and be part of something new. With dedicated coaching and a strong team culture, this group will help set the standard for future Thunder girls teams.

2014 Birth Year — Boys

Our 2014 Thunder boys program continues to grow, now featuring two teams for the upcoming season: a 2014A and a 2014AA. Offering both levels allows players to compete in the environment best suited to their development. This dedicated and motivated group of athletes is driven to improve every time they step on the ice. Through consistent coaching, fast paced practices, and strong teamwork, our players build skill, confidence, and character both as individuals and as teammates. Limited spots are available as we maintain a focused, high quality environment for development.

Upcoming Sessions

Player Evaluations — December

Official Player Evaluations determine roster selections for the upcoming Thunder season. These sessions assess each athlete’s skill, effort, coachability, and overall fit within the Thunder Family. Our goal is to build a roster of youth athletes who embody hard work, character, and a genuine love for the game along with registering, please send a $60.00 e-transfer to [email protected] with the password thunder. In the notes section, please include your child’s name and birth year. Spots are limited, and your player is not registered until payment is complete.

Expanding the Program

Notice a birth year that isn’t listed? We’re always looking to grow the program and welcome interest from other age groups as we continue to expand the Thunder Family.
