  • Afternoons Monday thru Friday (3:30-7:30 PM except for Speed School times below)

  • Saturday 9 & 11 AM

SPEED SCHOOL

  • Monday 3:00 (30 min Express) & 6:00 (30 min Express)

  • Tuesday 4:30 PM

  • Wednesday 6:30 PM

  • Thursday 5:30 PM

  • Friday 4:30 PM

  • Saturday 10 AM

ADULT GROUP FITNESS

  • 5:30 AM Tuesdays

  • 6:00 AM  Mon | Wed | Fri

  • 9:00 AM  Wed | Fri

  • 7:30 PM Tues | Thurs

  • 7:00 AM Saturday

ADULT SMALL GROUP

  • Contact us for exact AM times, beginning at 5 AM

    • we run 12 weekly sessions

  • 7:30 PM Mon | Wed
