“As someone that is trying to get back into fitness, I find the small group training at Power Source to be just what I need.

I struggle with accountability as I can often find many excuses not to go. The trainers keep me on track and I show up because it’s expected of me.

Not only that Patrice makes the class so much fun! Enthusiastic, engaging and Intuitive. I like that she always keeps track of my limitations however also pushes me just a bit more each time to do better than the last time.

Since starting I feel stronger and am able to do things I haven’t done in a long time - get up and down without grunting or lifting things easier.
