Jeff has met and exceeded our expectations. He has been our tech for over 4 years. Everything from minor to major problems. He is the best technician in this area in our opinion. This company has awesome customer service! I was working one of my company’s model homes on Saturday when I had a major computer problem. I sent Jeff Norris a text and within 1 minute he replied that he thought I had a virus and would try to connect remotely. Two minutes later he was connected, ran a scan and had the virus removed. His quick response may have saved me a sale and was very much appreciated. I was back to work shortly after I contacted him.
