Q: What is the process to rent an event center?

A: To rent our event center, you will need to first check our availability calendar on our website. Once you find a date and time that works for you, you can fill out our rental request form.

Q: How much is the deposit?

A: There is a mandatory refundable deposit of $175 required at time booking

to secure your reservation. Additionally, 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event or the event will be canceled without any refund.

Q: What if I need to cancel my event?

A: In the event of a cancellation 10 days prior to your scheduled event, a refund will be granted amounting to 50% of your previously made payment,

excluding the deposit. If a rental is canceled less than 10 days prior to the rental date no refunds will be issued.

J & V Event Center reserves the right to take all legal steps to collect any balances that are unpaid and owed by Renter to J & V. The Event center will not provide refunds for situations beyond the control of J & V Event Center. Please see Terms and Conditions for additional information.

Q: Can I rent the event center for less than an hour?

A: NO.

Q: What event planning services do you offer?

A: J & V host birthday parties,

receptions, quinceaneras, meetings, reunions, repast, celebrations, etc. In addition to our extensive range of services for various events, J & V is proud to offer a selection of premium add-ons through our preferred vendors. These additional services are designed to enhance the overall experience and create unforgettable moments for you and your guests. Our premium add-ons include a red carpet, photo booth, event backdrops, balloon arches, table center pieces, deserts, DJ, and floor decals.

Q: How does your pricing work?

A: Our prices vary depending on the plans outlined on our Scope & Pricing.

Q: Do I pay vendors directly or will J & V handle payments?

A: You will contact the preferred vendors directly to discuss your event needs and pay them directly for their services. An exception to this is our Gold Package.

Q: What is the capacity of your venue?

A: J & V has the capacity to hold up to 120 people standing and provide seating for up to 80 individuals.

Q: Does J & V provide Food & Beverage?

A: While J & V does not offer food or beverage services, we can certainly recommend preferred vendors to meet your needs.

Q: Does J & V have parking?

A: Yes, adequate parking is provided with the added assurance of a security guard patrolling throughout the night.
