10% Discount for Nonprofit Organization
Perfect for celebrating birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, gender reveals, communions, baptisms, and more. Accommodating up to 120 standing guests and 80 seated guests within its extensive 1200 square feet, J & V also features convenient amenities such as a small kitchen prep area, refrigerator, and microwave.
All packages include the mentioned amenities, free Wi-Fi and two 70-inch smart TVs.
In order to secure your
booking, a $175 refundable damage deposit must be paid; however, if there are
no damages and you maintain the cleanliness of the event space, you will
receive a full refund the following week. Upon confirming your
event reservation, an invoice for 50% of the total rental fee will be sent to you via email and payment is required in order to secure your date. The remaining 50% of the rental fee must be paid 7 days prior to your event.
HOURLY PACKAGE: $75 per hour
o Reservations that start prior to 6:00pm

BRONZE PACKAGE: $350
Weekdays: Monday – Thursday Evening Rentals
o 6:00 pm to 1:00 am

Weekends: Friday, Saturday & Sunday - Half Day Rental $550 o 10:00 am to 4:00 pm or 6:00 pm-1:00 am

In addition to the event center amenities, both Half-Day and Full Day packages include up to 10 rectanglular tables or 5 circular tables, 80 folding chairs, and linen for the tables.
GOLD PACKAGE - Premiere Package:
o Friday – 10am-1am $1100
o Saturday – 10am- 1am $1450
o Sunday – 10am – 1am $1200
This plan offers an affordable solution for high-end events. In addition to the event center amenities, the Gold Package includes up to 10 rectangular tables or 6 circular tables, 80 folding chairs, gold or silver chargers, and linen. This Premiere Package also includes one custom floor decal, and two photo props.
