Services:
Plumbots provides AI services including:
AI Voice Agents
AI ChatBots (via Website, SMS, Instagram, Facebook)
We may update or expand services from time to time.
Eligibility:
You must be 16 years or older to use our services.
Services are available worldwide unless otherwise restricted.
Services are for personal or business use.
Payment Terms:
Services are offered as subscriptions or one-time payments, billed every 30 days for subscription plans.
Payments must be made in full for the period of use.
No refunds are provided except for prorated amounts if the user terminates mid-period.
Users pay for the days they used services. Example: if a monthly plan is canceled after 15 days, the user pays 50% of that month.
User Responsibilities:
By using Plumbots, you agree to:
Use the service lawfully.
Avoid illegal activities, scraping, or unauthorized sharing of AI prompts or content.
Respect intellectual property rights of others.
Company Rights:
Plumbots may:
Suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations.
Modify or remove services at any time.
Intellectual Property:
AI-generated content created by Plumbots is owned by Plumbots.
User-submitted content is co-owned: the user retains ownership, but Plumbots may use it to provide services and improve AI.
Liability & Disclaimers:
Plumbots is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or outcomes from AI outputs.
Use AI outputs at your own risk.
Termination:
Users may terminate their subscription at any time but must pay for usage up to the termination date.
Plumbots may terminate a user account at any time if the user violates rules or is deemed unsuitable.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
Any disputes will be resolved in Norwegian courts.
