How It Works

A Simple, Supportive System That Helps You Learn to Swim — Step by Step

Start Your Swim Journey Today

Whether you are brand new to the water or ready for stroke development, Aqua Beginnings offers a calm, supportive environment where strong swimmers are made — one station at a time.

1

Choose the Right Starting Station

Every child begins at the station that matches their comfort level and skills, not their age. Starting point is based on water comfort, breath control, floating ability, and experience.

2

Small, Focused Lessons

Each lesson is taught by Coach Rick using calm, patient techniques. Small classes (max 3 swimmers) ensure hands-on guidance and safety.

3

Progress Through 10 Skill-Building Stations

10 progressive stations covering breath control, floating, freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly basics.

4

Mastery Before Advancement

Swimmers move forward only after mastering skills safely, confidently, and consistently — no rushing.

5

Parent Communication

Parents receive updates after every lesson with progress, safety milestones, and readiness for the next station.

6

Safety Is Built Into Every Skill

Safety is the foundation — breath control, floating, rolling, and recovery skills for real-world water safety.

7

Celebrate Progress & Build Confidence

Each milestone builds confidence, independence, and motivation to keep learning.
