Effective Date: February 2, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain how Premier Concrete Solutions ("Premier Concrete," "we," "us," or "our"), located in Jacksonville, Florida, provides and manages its website, contact forms, SMS program, and residential concrete services. Please read them carefully, as they affect your rights and responsibilities as a customer and website visitor.
If you have any questions about these Terms, you can contact us using the information at the end of this page.
By accessing or using our website, submitting a contact form, calling or texting us, or requesting an estimate or service from Premier Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or request services. By using the site or engaging our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Premier Concrete provides residential concrete services in and around Jacksonville, Florida. Our services may include, but are not limited to, concrete driveways, patios, walkways, slabs, and related installations, repairs, and improvements for homeowners and residential properties.
All services are subject to site conditions, material availability, crew availability, scheduling constraints, weather, local regulations, and any additional requirements discussed with you before the project begins. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any project if conditions are unsafe, impractical, or outside our normal scope of work.
Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time, including site visits, measurements, plans, and details you share with us. Estimates are typically provided in writing and outline the expected scope of work, materials, and pricing to the best of our knowledge at that time.
Pricing may change if we discover unforeseen conditions or if the scope of work changes. Examples include underground obstacles, drainage issues, access limitations, changes requested by you, code or inspection requirements, or material changes. We will communicate any significant changes in scope or price and request your approval before proceeding when reasonably possible.
No estimate is considered final or binding until it is agreed to in writing by both you and Premier Concrete, such as by signing a proposal, contract, or digital acceptance form. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in pricing or descriptions in our estimates or website materials.
We will work with you to schedule your project on dates that are practical for both you and our team. Any timeline we provide is an estimate only and may change based on factors such as weather, extreme temperatures, rain, inspections, permitting, site conditions, equipment issues, staffing, and material availability.
While we do our best to meet agreed-upon timelines, delays can occur that are outside our control. Premier Concrete is not liable for any indirect costs or damages you may incur due to scheduling changes or delays, such as time off work, rental costs, or scheduling of other contractors. If a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you and reschedule the work as soon as practical.
Payment terms will be described in your estimate, proposal, or work agreement. In many cases, a deposit may be required to secure materials and scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon substantial completion of the work, unless otherwise stated in writing. By authorizing us to begin work, you agree to the payment terms described in your agreement for that specific project.
We may accept common payment methods such as cash, check, credit or debit card, bank transfer, or other options made available at the time of service. Some payment methods may include processing fees, which will be disclosed when applicable. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is not made as agreed, we may pause work, refuse to schedule additional work, charge late fees where permitted by law, and pursue collection or legal remedies. You are responsible for any reasonable costs of collection, including attorney’s fees, to the extent permitted by law.
To help your project go smoothly and safely, you agree to provide Premier Concrete and its team with reasonable access to the property, including driveways, work areas, and necessary utilities such as water and electrical power, unless otherwise arranged. You agree to remove or protect personal property, vehicles, landscaping, or other items that could be affected by the work, where practical.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about property lines, underground utilities that are not covered by local utility marking services, easements, drainage concerns, HOA rules, and any other issues that may affect the design or installation of your concrete project. Unless we specifically agree in writing to obtain permits on your behalf, you are responsible for securing any required permits, approvals, or HOA authorizations before work begins.
Concrete is a durable but natural building material. Even when installed correctly and according to industry standards, concrete can develop minor hairline cracks, surface checking, or small imperfections over time due to curing, temperature changes, ground movement, and normal wear and tear. These minor cracks or variations are generally cosmetic in nature and are not considered defects or grounds for replacement.
Color variations may also occur due to differences in materials, moisture levels, curing conditions, and finishing techniques. Stains, colored concrete, and decorative finishes may appear slightly different from samples, photos, or previous installations. While we make reasonable efforts to achieve a consistent finish, perfect color uniformity cannot be guaranteed and is not promised.
Proper care after installation, including avoiding heavy loads before the concrete has fully cured, managing drainage, sealing when recommended, and avoiding harsh chemicals, is important to the long-term performance of your concrete. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme weather, or conditions beyond our control after the project is completed.
Premier Concrete stands behind the workmanship of our residential concrete installations. If you believe there is a workmanship issue with your project, you agree to notify us in writing within a reasonable time after noticing the problem so that we can review the concern. We may request photos, documentation, or an onsite inspection to evaluate the issue.
Any specific warranties, durations, or repair commitments for your project will be described, if applicable, in your written agreement or project documentation. Those written terms, if provided, will control over any general statements on this website. Normal wear and tear, minor cracking, cosmetic variations, improper maintenance, misuse, or damage caused by third parties or site conditions are not covered by workmanship guarantees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premier Concrete and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. This includes, without limitation, loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of income, or other similar damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where our liability cannot be legally excluded, it is limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount you actually paid to Premier Concrete for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or (b) the minimum amount required by applicable law. Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you in full, but will apply to the maximum extent allowed in Florida.
