2-Hour Test Drive

Experiential Coaching Session

I've always been a volunteer - well for the last 26 years at least... When the pandemic hit I moved my volunteerism to my practice. Not sure why I didn't think of that one sooner. It is a natural fit for me as I volunteer to coach anyone interested in a TEST DRIVE (2 hours, on me, complimentary!).

It is my way of giving back (or volunteering) and your way of "test driving" what "ah-ha" moments can really feel like.

And that is just fun! Let's do it!

You can bring ANY question to the table, yet I've designed a couple of ideas to support you...

IDEA #1:

Make a list of 3-5 things that piss you off. It's good to go all the way back to age 2 if you can. When we get on the phone you'll prioritize this list and we'll go to work on the #1 priority for you. We'll get through as many items as possible in our time together.

Everyone always says, "Theresa, the "Pissed-Off-Ed-Ness" list - what is that about? I love this question... The list is the fastest way to get to what is "messing with your mojo"! Wink Wink!

I'll share more in our call together. What I know for sure is everyone knows in their gut what is pissing

them off in life (business/career, too) and if you'll just list it out and bring it forward, you'll be amazed with how

taking these things and 360-TAP-ing them is so incredibly transforming and exhilarating!

IDEA #2:

Idea #2 is about expanding our thinking. No one knows YOU better than YOU in most cases.

So we start with questions like "what do you feel are 5 character assets and 5 character defects that you possess?".

For example, I have to really stay on top of my tendency to "people please". This could be a character "defect". Yet can also be a part of my personality that indicates I'm kind, compassionate and caring. See...it can be both! We need to know these things as when it gets out of hand and become a defect our energy gets sucked out of us yet as an asset it's part of our attraction to and from others.

I love this one, too! ... "What stories are you telling yourself (a.k.a self-talk) and/or what stories are you telling others?".

When I met my first mentor/coach I was full of "stories" of how my life had been and how it was currently. Not pretty in my case - I was off in the trauma drama ditch big time!

I've learned and honed in on how powerful it is to re-write stories one-by-one. And, I've learned THE BEST techniques

to get to re-writing our stories. Then I learned how to live into them with the support of my

mentors/coaches/personal board of directors - and a bunch of beautiful, foundational tools!

IDEA #3:

Pick what you want to bring up and out...whether personal or professional we'll put it out on the table

and poke around on it, play perspective detective, seek a fast track if possible, see what comes up and out in the name of service.

Here to serve and bring forward my experience, training, challenges and successes.

Give and then give some more...

SIDE NOTE: It's common in my industry to hold back the "good stuff" while waiting to be hired - that's a BIG no, no and no for me!

I give MY ALL to help you within this 2 hour session. I'm not attached to whether you hire me or not. I know that feels so good for us both! It is a core value to me, plusa dedication, a commitment, a promise I made to myself a long time ago. One of the things I teach others is to make little commitments to yourself and KEEP them! Bottom line - I know beyond a shadow of a doubt if I help others it will be returned to me 10 fold via word of mouth referrals, a fan base that loves my work and will share it out, likes, and comments, etc. All kinds of different levels of support come my way when I truly SERVE. To be honest, nothing feels better to me than serving others and I like to feel good! You too? Everyone does...

Talk soon, can't wait!
