4. Client Responsibilities

Ensuring their own compliance with applicable laws
Obtaining required consents for marketing communications
Proper use of systems and tools implemented on their behalf

5. Communications

By providing contact information, you consent to receive emails, SMS messages, phone calls, and automated or AI-assisted communications. You may opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or replying STOP to SMS.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, workflows, copy, designs, and materials remain the intellectual property of Three Royals Media unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license for internal business use.

We utilize third-party platforms and are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or service interruptions caused by those platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Three Royals Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 30 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Three Royals Media from claims arising from misuse of services, non-compliance, or content you provide.

12. Inquiry Form

You can cancel SMS service at anytime. Just text "STOP" to 1-888-476-9639. After you send the SMS Message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
