At Optimized Women, we stand behind the quality of our digital products, coaching programs, and memberships. Because of the nature of our content (which is instantly accessible), we maintain the following refund policy:

Digital Products & Courses

All digital products—including but not limited to downloadable guides, templates, toolkits, and self-paced courses—are non-refundable. Due to the instant access and digital nature of these products, all sales are final.

We encourage you to review the product descriptions and reach out with any questions prior to purchase.

Live Events & Workshops

Unless otherwise specified, tickets to live events (virtual or in-person) are non-refundable. In the case of event cancellation on our end, a full refund or credit toward a future event will be provided.

Coaching Services

Coaching packages or one-on-one sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If you have a coaching agreement, the terms in that contract will apply regarding cancellation, rescheduling, or refunds for unused sessions.

We aim to deliver value and support. If you’re unsatisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to find a reasonable resolution.

Membership Subscriptions

Our All-Access Memberships or monthly programs may auto-renew based on your selected plan. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time on your current membership.
