Tracy Saldivar, Founder and Lead Therapist at Alleviating Hands in South Jordan UT

Tracy Saldivar

Founder & Lead Therapist

Tracy founded Alleviating Hands after recognizing how massage therapy is typically delivered: too rushed, too formulaic, too focused on production schedules to address what's underneath surface tension.

With advanced training in trauma-informed bodywork, myofascial techniques, energy healing, and craniosacral therapy, Tracy brings both technical precision and intuitive responsiveness. But more than credentials, what defines the work here is presence.

Clients describe Tracy's work as "finding knots other therapists miss" and creating "the therapeutic balance between healing and relaxing." That's by design—rooted in the belief that your body will show us what needs attention if we're skilled enough to notice and patient enough to follow.

Milo Saldivar, Mobility Therapist and Movement Specialist at Alleviating Hands in South Jordan UT

Milo Saldivar

Mobility Therapist & Movement Specialist

Milo brings five years of personal training experience and two years of specialized mobility therapy, along with a Thai fusion approach that bridges Eastern bodywork wisdom with Western movement science.

What sets Milo apart is his blend of trainer insight and therapeutic touch. He understands load, compensation patterns, and how the body adapts—or breaks down—under stress. Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or a desk worker stuck in tension, he identifies movement restrictions with a trained eye.

His Thai fusion approach uses leverage, body weight, and rhythmic compression to release tissue in ways static stretching can’t. Clients leave feeling “longer” and more open—what naturally happens when chronic tension finally releases.

Real progress happens when care is consistent.

Membership keeps your body from slipping back.
