SF Solutions Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of SF Solutions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

  2. Scope of Services
SF Solutions provides services such as insurance solutions, bookkeeping, digital marketing, notary services, and other business solutions. The specific terms for each service will be outlined in individual agreements. Clients are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws applicable to the services.

  1. Acceptable Use

SF Solutions’ services are intended for legitimate personal or business use only. Using our services for illegal purposes or in violation of any federal, state, or local laws is strictly prohibited.

  1. Payment Policy

Payments for services rendered are due within the timeframes outlined on invoices. Late payments may result in the suspension of services until payments are brought up to date.

  1. Limitation of Liability

SF Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability, in any case, will not exceed the amount paid by the client within the past six months.

  1. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas and the federal laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Texas courts unless local state laws where the client operates provide otherwise.

  1. Automatic Renewals During the Open Enrollment Period

1.If the client has an active health insurance service through SF Solutions and does not contact an agent of the company to renew their plan within the specified open enrollment dates and/or does not respond to communications from our associates through various contact methods (such as email, phone calls, text messages, or WhatsApp), the plan will be automatically renewed under the following conditions:

1-Same Plan and Price: The plan will be renewed with the same plan at the same price, as long as it is available.

2-Alternative Plan: If the original plan is no longer available, it will be renewed to a more basic plan at a lower or similar cost.

3-Client Changes: The client may change or update their plan at any time by contacting the company or one of its associates. If there is no contact, the plan will remain as it was during the automatic renewal.

4-Price Adjustments: The client understands that the price of the plan may vary from year to year, depending on updates from the insurance provider.

5-Initial Authorization: The authorization provided during the initial insurance application will be valid for performing automatic renewals each year, without requiring new authorization from the client.

6-Annual Income: If the client does not contact us to update their information during the Open Enrollment period, the income from the last reported year on their form will be used as the base income to quote their health plan. If the income has changed and the client does not report it, there is a risk that the government will charge them the difference for the subsidy at the end of the year.

2.The client understands and accepts that these automatic renewals will occur annually and will be responsible for any price adjustments or coverage changes unless they contact SF Solutions to modify or cancel their plan.

  1. Client Responsibility for Income Change

    1. It is the client's responsibility to report any changes in their annual income when enrolling in health insurance. If this change is not reported, there is a risk of having to pay the government the difference in the subsidy at the end of the fiscal year. This obligation is not the responsibility of SF Solutions or the assigned agent.
