We do not provide legal advice. All outputs generated by AI are intended as assistance tools only and must be reviewed, approved, and finalized by a qualified attorney or authorized staff before use.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration
To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Pricing for our Services is listed on CaseFlowAI.com or in your signed agreement.
Fees are billed either as one-time setup fees, monthly retainers, or other agreed-upon billing models.
All payments are due according to the terms presented at checkout or in your invoice.
CaseFlow AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if payments are late or declined.
6. No Legal Advice
CaseFlow AI is a technology provider. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation or advice. Any information, output, or documents produced by our AI must be reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before being relied upon.
You acknowledge that using CaseFlow AI does not create an attorney-client relationship.
7. Data Use and Confidentiality
You remain the owner of all data you upload or input into the Services.
We will not sell, rent, or share your confidential data with third parties except as required to deliver Services or comply with law.
While CaseFlow AI uses commercially reasonable safeguards, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept the risk of data transmission and storage.

Input sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for intake (e.g., social security numbers, protected health information) unless explicitly covered in your agreement.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the software.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of AI outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseFlow AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or reputation.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CaseFlow AI, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
