Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct explains the standards we expect from anyone using ProfitsLift’s website, platform, services, and communications tools. By using ProfitsLift, you agree to follow these rules.

1) Respect & Professional Communication

Treat our team, contractors, and any contacts reached through our systems with respect. Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or abusive behavior is not allowed.

  • No harassment, intimidation, or bullying
  • No discriminatory language or hate content
  • No spam, repeated abuse, or aggressive communication

2) Lawful Use Only

You may only use ProfitsLift for legal and legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your region.

  • No fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
  • No impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
  • No illegal, harmful, or abusive activities

3) Consent for Calls, Texts, and Outreach

If you use ProfitsLift for calls, SMS, email, or automation outreach, you must obtain proper consent and follow all telecom and messaging rules (including opt-out requirements where applicable).

  • Do not contact people without required permission
  • Honor opt-outs immediately (e.g., STOP / unsubscribe)
  • No harassment, robocalling abuse, or mass spam campaigns
You are responsible for your contact lists and outreach compliance. ProfitsLift tools must not be used to violate messaging or privacy regulations.

4) Data Privacy & Confidentiality

Do not upload, collect, or store sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and you have the legal right to do so. Protect any customer data you handle through our platform.

  • No sharing private data without permission
  • No attempts to access other users’ systems, data, or accounts
  • Use strong passwords and keep login credentials private

5) Platform Integrity & Abuse Prevention

Do not misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the ProfitsLift platform. This includes trying to reverse engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or bypass security measures.

  • No hacking, probing, or unauthorized access attempts
  • No malware, harmful code, or malicious files
  • No interference with platform performance or reliability

6) Content Standards

Any content you create, upload, or send through ProfitsLift must be professional and appropriate. We do not allow harmful, illegal, or explicit content to be distributed through our services.

  • No hateful, violent, or exploitative content
  • No illegal content or instructions for wrongdoing
  • No sexually explicit content distributed through the platform

7) Enforcement & Consequences

If we believe this Code of Conduct has been violated, we may take action to protect our platform, our team, and other users.

  • Warnings or required corrective actions
  • Temporary suspension of services
  • Termination of access for serious or repeated violations
ProfitsLift may restrict or remove access when necessary to maintain safety, compliance, and platform integrity.
