When a visitor clicks an Affiliate’s referral link, we and our service providers place tracking cookies and similar technologies on the visitor’s browser to attribute any resulting purchase to the Affiliate. The cookie duration is [INSERT COOKIE DURATION, e.g., 60 days], using a lastclick attribution model unless otherwise stated in the Affiliate dashboard.
Tracking data we collect from referral link clicks and related conversions may include: IP address, approximate geolocation, browser and device information, timestamps, referring URL, the specific referral link or code used, and the resulting purchase (if any). This information is used to measure and pay commissions, to detect fraud, and to analyze program performance.
Information about Referred Customers is collected and processed under the general
vNetCard™ Privacy Policy. Affiliates do not receive personal details about individual Referred Customers except for limited, aggregated or anonymized metrics shown in the Affiliate dashboard (for example, the number of clicks, sign-ups, and commissions attributed to an Affiliate link).
We use Affiliate information to:

Track referrals and calculate, validate, and pay commissions.
Process payouts and comply with tax and financial reporting obligations (including IRS Form 1099 reporting).
Communicate with Affiliates about program updates, performance, and compliance.
Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, attribution manipulation, and violations of the Affiliate Program Agreement.

We share Affiliate information only as needed to operate the Affiliate Program and as follows:

We do not sell Affiliate personal information.
We retain Affiliate information for as long as your Affiliate account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal, tax, accounting, and audit obligations (generally at least seven (7) years for tax-related records). Tracking and attribution data may be retained longer in aggregated or de-identified form for analytics and fraud-prevention purposes.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Affiliate information, including payout and tax information. The Student Affiliate Program is intended for current students who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly enroll individuals under the age of majority as Student Affiliates.
We may update this Notice from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Notice and update the Effective Date above. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Notice.
