General questions

Do I need to be home during my service?

You do not need to be home during your service. At Lily Flower Cleaners, we’re committed to your convenience. Once you've set up your cleaning appointment, you can trust us to handle everything with the utmost professionalism and care. We will need to access your property on the scheduled appointment day and time. Information regarding property access must be provided prior to the service, such as door code, spare key, or garage code.

Please note that, if for any reason our cleaners are unable to enter your property within 20 minutes of the start time of service, you will be charged a lock-out fee of 50% of your service rate. This is to compensate our staff for the loss of time and work they were expecting.

Are your cleaning services insured?

Absolutely, at Lily Flower Cleaners, your peace of mind is paramount. That’s why we are fully insured and bonded[MM1] . We take this responsibility seriously, ensuring that every aspect of our service is not only high-quality but also secure and reliable. Can pets be home during a cleaning?

Yes, feel free to leave your people-friendly pets in the house during your cleaning. However, we ask that if you know your pet will experience anxiety during your cleaning (loud noises, new smells, etc.) please make the necessary arrangements to make sure they are comfortable.

Aggressive animals must be kenneled in a separate room (which will not be cleaned), or outside the home during the cleaning. If we arrive to the property and are greeted by an aggressive animal, we reserve the right to not clean your home until the necessary arrangements are made.

My next service falls on a holiday. What happens now?

Lily Flower Cleaners is closed for all major holidays, including: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

If your recurring appointment falls on a company holiday, our staff will contact you ahead of time to reschedule your appointment for another day that week.

Will you take "before and after" photos?

Lily Flower Cleaners reserves the right to take photos of your home for marketing and quality control purposes. No identifying information would ever be shared publicly. If you would like to opt-out of this, please contact us with your request.

Cleaning questions

Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?

No. We arrive with everything we need to get your home sparkling, and we take all our supplies and equipment with us when we leave.

If you have preferences in regards to the cleaning products and equipment we use, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request.  

Can I request specific cleaning tasks or areas to be prioritized?

Certainly! At Lily Flower Cleaners, we celebrate the uniqueness of each home and understand that your needs are specific to your space. We invite you to customize your cleaning experience by specifying tasks or areas that require particular attention. We tailor our services to prioritize what's most important to you.

After the clean is complete, you can rate your experience and provide feedback submitting to [email protected]  

I'm not happy with my service. What do I do?

Our goal at Lily Flower Cleaners is your satisfaction, so we 100% guarantee all of our services. If you are not happy with the results, please contact us within 24h after your appointment and we will return to reclean the areas at no cost.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for completed services. All payments are due at the completion of each job.

We do NOT offer the following as part of our regular home cleaning
  • Neglected and/or overly soiled homes, areas, or items

  • Cleaning pet waste

  • Cleaning bodily fluids

  • Cleaning outdoor windows or areas (exterior)

  • Cleaning walls or ceilings (Post-Construction service only)

  • Hoarding Moving items over 20 lbs.

  • Grout or mold cleaning (Deep Cleaning only)

  • Carpet/upholstery steam cleaning

Billing & payments

What are your rates for residential cleaning services?

Our rates vary depending on the size and condition of the home, as well as the specific services requested. We offer free estimates and are happy to provide a customized quote based on your needs.

How do I pay for my service?

All clients and customers are required to have a credit/debit card on file prior to beginning services. However, you may choose to pay for your service via a different method. Payment options will be discussed during your in-home estimate or over the phone.

All payments are due and processed on the day of service.

If your credit/debit card information changes, please notify us prior to your next upcoming service.

Does your cleaner accept tips?

While tips are not expected, our cleaners are allowed to accept them. We thank you in advance for your generosity!

What’s your cancellation policy?

Please notify us 24h in advance if you would like to cancel, skip, or reschedule an appointment. For less than 24h notice, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of your service rate. This is to compensate our staff for the loss of time and work they were expecting.  

What is your Refund Policy?

All services are final and non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a reclean service for the areas that you have concerns free of charge.

Please take photos and write us a brief description of any items or areas you are not happy with.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Our website has an SSL certificate which is required to process electronic payments. Credit card transactions are processed by Stripe and is layered on their own 256-bit security protocol. Also, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very, very seriously.
