They picked my dog for cremation up from the vet and gave her back to me in a tasteful box that I can put on my desk. "Their customer service went above and beyond my expectations. Our wheelchair dachshund Willie died unexpectedly. Zoey went the extra mile to treat our little guy with dignity. Willie was a big part of our family, and Zoey understood and was very compassionate. The day after we left Willi's remains with them, his ashes were returned to us in a beautiful box in a nice bag with tissue. They even saved some of his beautiful fur for us in a little bag when we asked. We were treated with compassion, and that is what makes them the best at what they do"
