In 2011, Robert W. Jones founded Network Together in Queen Creek, Arizona, a small but growing town with only one existing networking group. That group allowed just one person per industry, and at the time, Robert owned Insiteful Solutions, a tech company specializing in SEO, website design, and digital integration. Because the chapter president worked in the same field, Robert had limited opportunities to network locally.

Instead of seeing a limitation, he saw a possibility. He envisioned a community where everyone could connect without competition for a seat at the table. A place built on inclusivity, collaboration, and authentic relationships.

The name Network Together came from an unexpected source, Robert’s five-year-old son, who said, “People should network together, not apart.” That simple statement captured the heart of what Robert set out to build.

From a single chapter in Queen Creek, Network Together began to expand throughout the East Valley of Arizona, bringing together entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals of every background to share knowledge and grow side by side.

In 2016, Robert met Shawn Renée Jones, a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 30 years of business experience. By 2017, Shawn had stepped into the role of CEO, and together they elevated Network Together into a broader, more dynamic movement.

In 2019, they launched the iNETrepreneur Network, expanding beyond local meetings to host domestic and international events — including the launch of iNET Radio, a platform for members to share their stories and voices with the world.

Their commitment to storytelling continued to evolve. In 2022, they introduced The Art of Connection, a collaborative legacy book series now housed in the Library of Congress. The series has received national recognition, including honors from Holistic Living Magazine and International Values Day, for its message of unity and purpose-driven leadership.

As authors and entrepreneurs began turning to Robert and Shawn for guidance in publishing their own works, iNET Publishing House was born, giving business owners and thought leaders a platform to share their message globally.
