Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we do, but on a triage basis. Best to call us on 0434 223 464 to check if

we can accommodate you.

What should I do if I’m running late?

We understand that at times you may be running late, please call us at 0434

223 464 to advise our reception staff. We will advise your GP accordingly.

Is your clinic bulk-billed?

Yes, we provide 100% bulk-billed consultations for Medicare and selected

OSHC/OVHC insurance.

Do you accept OSHC/OVHC Insurance?

Are telehealths bulk-billed?

a. Telehealths are bulk-billed for existing patients that have been to the

practice the last 12 months. If unsure, please call us at 0434 223 464.

b. For OSHC and OVHC holders, please call us at 0434 223 464 to confirm if

your insurance is covered for telehealth appointments.

How to get a Medical Certificate?

You may obtain a medical certificate by booking a standard appointment via

our HotDoc booking site. Kairos Medical Group - Book Doctors Online with

Is parking available?

Yes, we do have underground parking available via Earl Street. Please note

that this is limited parking and not always guaranteed. Street parking is also

available.

Do you handle WorkCover, CTP or TPD Claims?

Yes, please visit out Work Cover website for more information,

https://workcover.doctor/. We accept Workers Compensation, CTP and TPD

Claims both existing and new claims. Call us at 0434 223 464 to book now.

Can I get a prescription without seeing a GP?

You will always need an appointment to obtain a prescription, despite if new

or repeat. Book via our booking website or call us at 0434 223 464 to book.

How long do results take?

Results turnaround vary depending on your test requests. For standard blood

tests, 2-4 business days. You will receive a message from our practice once

your results are ready.

Who do I contact outside your opening hours?

a. If you are looking to see a doctor outside our hours of operation, please call

b. If you are experiencing difficult symptom such as difficulty breathing, please

dial 000 or attend to your nearest emergency.

What should I look for in a general practitioner?

Looking for a GP that suits your needs depends on person to person. Our

GPs are all fully trained and qualified to provide you with the best standard of

Do you do video consultations?

We do video consultations in partnership with our booking website, HotDoc.

Simply book a video consultation through our website booking system or

booking via our reception staff. You will be sent a link on the day to access

video consultations with our GPs.

Can my doctor diagnose complex conditions such as Bronchitis over video

call?

Our doctors are all well knowledgeable and equipped with the resources

they require to diagnose our patients. It is best to come in person to be

appropriately diagnosed. But our team at Kairos Medical Group are happy to

assist if a matter of difficulty coming in person arises. We offer home visits

where we find it necessary.
