Heyyy Sis! I’m Laniece —a certified Transformational Life Coach, military veteran, international speaker, and a woman who’s committed to growth, healing, and purpose. With a Master’s in Social Work and certifications in NeuroLeadership, I’ve spent years studying human behavior, doing my own inner work, and learning how to guide women back to their power.
I created &Her as a reflection of everything I believe in—authentic sisterhood, safe spaces to grow, and transformational support that doesn’t break the bank. My experiences in social work and the military taught me the value of structure, healing, and community—and I’ve woven all of that into this space just for you.
